Problem

Glendon, a faculty of York University on its own, off-site campus, wanted to become students’ first choice when choosing a university, and increase enrollment.


Solution

Costa Leclerc Design (CLD) partnered closely on a strategic level with the Recruitment and Liaison Office to implement a multi-tiered but consistent communications strategy. Giving Glendon its own voice within the greater framework of York University’s visual identity, CLD developed materials that highlighted Glendon’s unique qualities and benefits: it’s an intimate campus in a lovely ravine setting and offers bilingual studies unavailable at any other university in Toronto.


Results

Annual student enrollment has increased 25%. Moreover Glendon’s profile has risen significantly in the community with generous corporate and government sponsorships. CLD doesn’t claim sole responsibility for this success but we celebrate it as important members of the team.
